The final evening of the 10th IMS is the IMS Mountain Night. The IMS started as the summit meeting of alpinism and returns to its origins again today.
Alpinism at the highest level is guaranteed with these two top speakers. Tamara Lunger and Beat Kammerlander are absolute professionals of the “mountain industry” and will show us with their different stories how multifaceted mountain climbing is.
Another highlight of the evening is the presentation of the Paul Preuss Prize. It is awarded to extreme mountaineers and climbers, whose climbs are deemed in accordance with the achievements and philosophy of one of the early pioneers of free climbing, Austrian-born Paul Preuss by refraining from technical climbing aids.
We are looking forward to this final evening under the sign of alpinism.
