„An Guat‘n bei IMS“ (Enjoy your meal at the IMS): with this slogan, even this year, the culinary experiences in the IMS Alm by Pircher of the International Mountain Summit and of the Südtirol Brettl begin.
Normally, Mike Holzer and his team are engaged in the Geiselsbergerhütte on the Plan de Corones, surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Dolomites. However, during the IMS week, the always funny and brilliant Mike spoils the guests of the IMS Alm by Pircher and of the Südtirol Brettl, inside the Forum Brixen. The menu is constituted by typical local high quality dishes; those plates are very popular among excursionists, mountaineers, and skiers who make a stop above the 2000 metres, at the Geiselbergerhütte. Moreover, the very true South Tyrol ambassadors can not be missed: speck, wine, alm cheese and Schüttelbrot.
The dishes are homemade and are worked by hand. Every single „raviolo“ is made by the professional hands of the kitchen staff. Heart, passion, and experience cook everyday for the whole IMS week, from 5 pm to 8.30 pm with the aim of satisfying the palates of the guests coming from the whole world. After the conferences, a variety of chopping boards will be served.
Even this year, at the IMS Alm by Pircher, during the evening, there will be the possibility to listen to music and to dance until late.
The IMS Alm by Pircher in the Forum Brixen represents a meeting point, where to cultivate friendships and where to create interesting new contacts. Celebrating, drinking, eating, playing, and having fun. The closing time is usually largely after midnight – time together is never enough. The cozy atmosphere of the IMS is another reason to stay longer.
