Thomas Huber
In a time vacuum
Location: Forum Brixen
Time is the only constant change in our life. Time (each second of it from our birth to our death) is so precious. Time passes inexorably by. And yet there are moments when time seems to stand still. Although the circumstances in which such experiences occur tend to be different for every one of us, we are all familiar with them. One moment becomes the climax of our life: our spirit, which is usually miles ahead, becomes one with our body. In such a time vacuum, we experience a feeling of boundless freedom and happiness.
It is with humour and joy and with the help of pictures and films that Thomas relates his experiences in the Dolomites, the Antarctic, and the Karakoram. All these adventures have one mystery in common: that of the "time vacuum".
