We set off directly from the Forum Congress Centre in Bressanone/Brixen and hike to the village of Elvas, from where a path leads us slightly uphill across fields and orchards to Naz/Natz and Sciaves/Schabs. Continuing along old trails through chestnut woods, we eventually reach the Pacherhof inn just above Novacella/Neustift Abbey. For our return journey, we take the hiking and cycling path back to the centre of Bressanone/Brixen.
