The second day is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Luis Trenker and consequently to the history of mountain film.
Trenker, discovered in the 20s by Arnold Fanck, was a highly influential actor and director in the emerging mountain film genre. His films, set mostly in the Dolomites, offer a departure point for a trip trough mountain film history.
